"I was very impressed with Hanna's knowledge"
I thought I knew all the tools, but Hanna introduced me to a few I didn’t think of.. one was exercising.. I told her I was having a problem walking 30 minutes a day.. so she suggested I walk 10 minutes three times a day.. so that’s how I’m starting out…
We also discussed food prepping. This is really important to stay on course. She also stressed how important protein is especially for our older bones.
I was very impressed with Hanna’s knowledge of health and the human body. She was very articulate, kind and understanding.
