Hi, I'm Hanna S. Duncan, RN, BSN,

and a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse Coach. 

I blend my background in fitness and nutrition, as well as my clinical experience with holistic, root-cause approaches to support women navigating hormone and metabolism-related concerns, as well as first responders and healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, ongoing stress, and compassion fatigue. 

My path to this work is deeply personal. After experiencing burnout early in my nursing career, I later found myself struggling with my own hormonal and metabolic shifts after the birth of my daughter. I became determined to

understand what was really going on beneath the surface. Around the same time, I watched my firefighter husband face his own health challenges related to the demands of his career - fueling my passion for a more sustainable, whole-person approach to health and well-being. 

 

Through my work, I bridge evidence-informed nursing with a holistic lens - focusing on lifestyle, nourishment, mindfulness, movement, rest, connection, and environmental influences. 

In my virtual one-on-one coaching sessions, I support clients in

reconnecting with their bodies, rebuilding their energy, and feeling like themselves again. I understand that many of the women and professionals I work with have spent years putting others first - often without the tools or support to truly care for themselves. 

 

My goal is to create space for meaningful, lasting change - so you can feel stronger, more balanced, and supported in your health over the long-term.
